JOB SUMMARY:
The Acquisition Integration Manager will project manage the due diligence process and Integration of potential acquisitions at varying points in the timeline. The Acquisition Integration Manager will assist Business Development, Finance, and Operations teams with managing various points of contact and information. This position will also serve as a resource on cross-functional initiatives on various projects.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Manage all aspects of the acquisition process pre- and post-close.
- Lead all meetings for acquisitions assigned.
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with sellers throughout the process.
- Manage the following activities: data gathering, due diligence, assist LOI creation, closing day, and data migration.
- Prepare and deliver project status updates within the department and across the company.
- Act as a subject matter expert for acquisition processes.
- Ability to travel via airplane domestically to branches for acquisition closings and due diligence as needed.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of acquisitions.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Attend conferences and training as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:
- Bachelor’s degree is required or related experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with acquisitions and/or business development
- Experience with pest control industry and pest control acquisitions preferred
- Experience with PestPac, and/or other CRM-related software preferred
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, quick learner, resourceful
- Attention to detail – analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments/prioritize
- Must be able to pass a company background check
- Must be able to pass substance abuse testing
