The Integrated Marketing team is looking for a senior marketer with experience driving high impact integrated campaigns in a fast-moving global company. We are looking for someone who understands how to translate consumer truths into compelling narratives, and is passionate about connecting people through storytelling and break-through creativity.
Ideal candidates have a deep knowledge in consumer and media trends, an ability to motivate, inspire and align cross functional partners, and a track record for culturally-relevant campaigns that gain media attention and drive consumer engagement. The right individual will bring a balanced combination of vision, ambition, judgment, creativity, flexibility and critical thinking - all with the passion and enthusiasm for building the Coinbase brand and advancing crypto's goal of updating the financial system.
What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Drive end to end Integrated Marketing campaigns and breakthrough consumer experiences across paid, owned and earned, including brand, product and sponsorships (NBA).
- Drive integrated XFN process and stakeholder alignment for successful execution and optimization of campaigns and marcomm efforts.
- Partner with the Insights team and external partners to design and analyze research, bringing to life insights that anchor our messaging and inform creative briefs.
- Develop and deliver strong creative briefs and briefings, collaborating with and supporting creative and production teams throughout the process.
- Drive and apply strategy across diverse, concurrent campaigns, partnerships and activities.
- Contextualize crypto and macro-economic trends and audience behavior to inform strategy.
- Deliver measurable increase in brand awareness across all audiences.
- Become an expert of Coinbase products and audiences.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 10-12+ years of experience in roles of growing responsibility at a global consumer brand(s) .
- Proven experience leading full integrated brand campaigns
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment with a strong ability to pivot on the fly.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you'll run through brick walls to make the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative & impactful experiences (big and small).
- Best-in-class marketing, communication, project and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strategic-thinker with a high degree of creativity to execute on high-impact, high-leverage, innovative materials and programs.
- Strong data and analytical skills and the ability to make strategic budgetary tradeoffs to accomplish goals.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with consumer tech or mission-driven brand on a global level a plus.
