Position Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts and report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. We're seeking an individual who thrives in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovative environment and shares our mission of saving lives and enabling people to lead healthier, happier lives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Basic Marketing Platforms: Demonstrated ability to use various marketing platforms effectively, including CRM tools, content management systems, analytics, paid ads, email and other digital advertising platforms for campaign execution.
- Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media profiles, campaigns, and analyzing analytics to optimize strategies and enhance organic social media presence. Creation of posts, reels, and stories is a plus.
- Email Marketing: Proficiency in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences, deploying emails, designing when necessary, and reporting on results.
- Analytical Skills: Experience using GA4 to analyze channel effectiveness, user behavior, and engagement.
- Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print collateral.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with robust presentation skills to effectively share ideas and results.
- Adaptability and Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing industry trends, and positively contribute to team projects and initiatives.
- Self-Education: Willingness to learn necessary platforms to excel in the role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong self-motivation, self-awareness, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, showcasing foundational knowledge and commitment to the marketing industry.
- 2 years of related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
