Employment Description: We are a law firm that specializes in assisting families with nursing home abuse and neglect claims. We are looking for an intelligent, empathetic person who can speak with potential clients who are seeking our services. You will contact potential clients, use an interview form to screen potential clients, obtain their story and information, and follow a set of protocols to hand the case over to the legal team.
Experience:
No experience is needed. The ability to quickly build rapport, show empathy, and compassionately interview potential clients using an interview form is of much greater value than experience.
Primary Work Related Tasks
- Timely respond to and follow up with potential clients in need of our legal services
- Conduct initial client consultations
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team
- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained us
- Track and monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources
- Periodically contact clients to conduct customer service interviews

- Follow instructions and understand the importance of policies and procedures
