Intake Specialist

We are building a culture here that you definitely want to be apart of! We are looking to hire a full time Intake Specialist who will work Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm at our Henderson location. Responsibilities:
- Manage patient registration and intake processes. Schedule and manage all incoming referrals
- Assist with scheduling patient follow up appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) using Prompt EMR
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry -Manage Outgoing referrals

Skills:
- Experience working and managing medical referrals
- Proficiency in using EMR practice management software
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
