Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in handling administrative tasks and receptionist duties.
• Utilize Data Soft Logic software for efficient data management and record-keeping.
• Bring at least 6 months of experience in the field of home health or hospice care, showcasing a strong understanding of the specific demands and responsibilities within these settings.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good and accurate data entry skills on the computer.
• Prior customer service experience both on the telephone and in person.
• Ability to work with a diversified group of customers, partners, and staff.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Documents required:

• Physical Test and a TB Test (taken within one year)
• Driver's License or State ID
• 6 months experience in home health and hospice care settings
