Busy Mesquite Chiropractic Office is looking for an outgoing Insurance Verification Specialist with great customer service and organizational skills to work in the front office. Applicant must be energetic, knowledgeable, and highly motivated.
Responsibilities
- Insurance verification
- Patient aging
- Scheduling patients
- Checking patients in/out
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Entering new patient information into the computer.
- Preparing daily statistical reports
- Strong social skills
- Ability to be a team player and work well with others
- Placing orders with vendors
- Cross-training provided for other positions.

Skills
- Work experience in a chiropractic office as a CA/Insurance coordinator/receptionist or similar role.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are required for this position
- Applicant must have data entry experience with EMR.
- Knowledge of Chirotouch software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The hours are 8:30 am - Close (Approx. 6:30 pm) Monday through Friday. Thursday hours are 8:30 am-1 pm, and 1-2 Saturdays per month, 8:30 am-1 pm. Bilingual ability is helpful but not essential.
