Responsibilities for Case Manager
- Report to department supervisor and/or owner regarding daily activities and issues.
- Work directly with clients to achieve organization goals as required.
- Address and resolve client issues relating to their payroll system.
- Work with company database and or programs to explain process.
- Help clients in the preparation of reports to relevant departments/carriers about payroll, deductions and expense.
- Answer employers’ questions about payroll details and reporting.
- Experience processing payroll in most payroll platforms is preferred.
Qualifications for Case Manager
- Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in payroll is preferred
- Knowledge of payroll software
- Good understanding of common fiscal procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000 - $48,000

- Insurance case management: 1 year Required, 2+ years Preferred
