Job Description

We're growing at a rapid pace and are in need of a Licensed Service Professional to help us. You'll primarily be assisting our customers and Agents with licensed support at a front desk location helping us support our local Customers. Typical day consists of processing payments, advising of coverage status, adding/replacing vehicles, address update changes, life events, etc. But having the desire to protect peoples lives first, should be your #1 goal here in our Agency, as we are directly responsible for protecting the families we serve.

Our progressive compensation plan will reward you for all of your hard work and support with us! Once paid training is completed, you'll be a part of our rapidly growing Insurance TEAM offering a multitude of service & protection plans to our existing and new customer base, through our channel of over 30A+ Carriers in Iowa and Florida!!

This position does not typically offer work from home status, but once all your 90-day onsite education/training is completed and your progress is assessed, we may determine differently. You must also demonstrate the ability to adhere to our processes, guidelines, and compliance of company standards, with little to no supervision after your training is completed to be considered.

This is a very fast paced environment and the ability to know technology and multi-task efficiently will be required upon an interview.

• Adhere to agency standards of compliance
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements through company standards.
• Protect and update primary contact information with each existing customer.
• Provide on-going support to our clients as needed including recommending additional plans of protection.
• Prospect, generate & acquire new business through PAID provided leads & referral sources after your PAID training!
• Generate and provide multiple digital coverage proposals and how it may or may not impact their lives by your recommendations
• Be outstanding in relationship building and providing exceptional customer experiences
• Help us foster stronger relationships within our existing base of communities, while growing our high level of standardized expectations of experiences

• You must complete the Assessment, prior to any phone interview.
• Possess or have the ability to acquire an IOWA Personal Lines Insurance license prior to your Day 1
• Current or prior Service experience in an office environment is preferred.
• Any additional licenses are optional and encouraged for additional income. You will be provided the necessary internal support including paid time off to acquire them!
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude that works well both as a team player and independently with little supervision
• Strong work ethic with potential leadership skills who is driven and goal-oriented.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up with Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Experience in Windows 10 and all applicable OS programs. These will be used daily.
