Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to assess their insurance needs and identify potential risks.
• Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options available to them.
• Develop personalized insurance plans that align with clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the insurance purchasing process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
• Must hold a valid insurance license.
• Must have Farmers Insurance experience.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
