Location requirements
Must reside within 30 miles of the FM Insurance Group Las Vegas location. 6525 N Buffalo Dr #160 Las Vegas NV 89131
This is a in person position, the location requirement is to ensure you are able to make it to work in a timely manner for duties, required training, coaching and development or equipment issues.
Core Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, clients, insurance carriers and internal sources to provide coverage information and provide policy recommendations where necessary
- Complete a variety of day-to-day client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations or other necessary tasks as needed
- Complete carrier certifications to obtain “Ready to Sell Status” for multiple insurance providers
- Weekly review of quality standards, metrics, and performance
- Some sales work, answering our marketing teams organically generated leads.
- Write thank you cards and care for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed and have CSR insurance background and experience
- Must be 18+ years of age
- High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Must pass a background check
- Have fun and be friendly with everyone. We are a chill group.
