Customer Service: Deliver prompt and courteous service to clients, address inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Sales Techniques: Employ effective sales strategies and persuasive techniques to drive business growth and meet targets.
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, changes in policies, and new product offerings to provide informed advice and recommendations.
Requirements
Insurance Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service roles REQUIRED.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and provide clear and concise information.
Customer-Focused: A genuine interest in understanding clients' needs and delivering exceptional service.
Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid remote work environment while maintaining productivity and collaboration.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools to facilitate effective client interactions and data management. P & C License Required.
