```Duties```
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone and email
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, including policies change requests and processing payments
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interaction
```Qualifications```
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in Customer Service or insurance is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
