What we’re looking for:
· CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/office manager to support our staff by answering phones, distribution of email, interaction with clients and insurance company personnel.
· Office admin experience with positive attitude, good energy, and good attendance.
· Individual must be service driven, attentive, and quick to learn with strong communication skills.
· Individual has experience with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, & Outlook.
· Individual can type at least 50wpm.
· Individual must be sensitive to client confidentiality.
· Must be able to pass a background check and have no drug or felony charges.
· Must be able to work in an office environment with 2 dogs in the office.
· This is an in-office position and work from home is not possible.

· We have a base of very loyal clients to whom we provide exceptional service and need someone to help continue that tradition.
· We are unique in our ability to cover almost any risk in either the standard insurance marketplace or if necessary, the surplus lines marketplace. There’s almost no risk too difficult for us to handle.
· We sell all lines of insurance- personal and commercial as well as life and health.
Job Title: CSR/Office Manager
Salary: DOE $25/hourly with potential growth
Hours: 8:30am-5pm
Benefits: Permanent position after 90 days will receive benefits, negotiable for FT.
