Insurance Claims Supplementer- Exterior Remodeling

We are seeking a results-driven supplementing associate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will serve as the point of contact for insurance carriers and be expected to liaise between Sales Project Managers, homeowners and team members to ensure a successful negotiation on Insurance Claims. You must possess strong organization and communication skills and work proficiently with teams and individually.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares insurance supplements using Xactimate software detailing the scope of loss
• Escalates concerns to management when job cost obtained on the supplement is not within margins
• Manages insurance supplement approval process and following up on pending approvals
• Review insurance claim estimates and write supplemental estimates for damages to roof and other trades using estimating software
• Rigorous follow up to resolve supplements
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively negotiation with insurance adjusters
• Provide insurance carriers with the required documentation and photo evidence to support our processes and installs
• Follow up with insurance carriers for pending insurance supplements and depreciation release on Insurance Claims
• Knowledgeable and up-to-date on all building code requirements for each state
• Strong organizational skills to manage jobs that are in multiple stages of the process
• Strong working knowledge of Insurance Claims process for exterior home restoration, including roofing repair and replacement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiencies with technology (email/phone/laptop/contact management systems)
• Experience and high level of proficiency with Xactimate software
• Construction knowledge and experience is preferred
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication skills and ability to problem solve
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Possess sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
