Looking for aggressive sales person to recruit Insurance Agents for a fast growing agency. Base pay plus incentive pay
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing plan to attract new agents
- Present our opportunity and contract new agents
- On-board new agents
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Outbound calling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance industry (Life and Health)
- Understand technology and quickly be able to implement
- Ability to build rapport with all agents
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
We are a marketing company. We create online content (videos, webinars, etc..) for the insurance and financial services industry. In addition, we facilitate the delivery of offshore VA's to insurance professionals. We also have a technology company.
