Looking for aggressive sales person to recruit Insurance Agents for a fast growing agency. Base pay plus incentive pay
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement marketing plan to attract new agents
- Present our opportunity and contract new agents
- On-board new agents
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Outbound calling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance industry (Life and Health)
- Understand technology and quickly be able to implement
- Ability to build rapport with all agents
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
