Responsibilities:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of health insurance products and regulations to assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' healthcare needs and financial situations to recommend tailored insurance plans.
- Provide detailed explanations of policy options, terms, and conditions, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of their coverage.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to stay updated on policy changes, benefits, and industry trends.
- Assist clients in the application process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of required paperwork.
- Keep abreast of healthcare reform and legislative changes impacting the insurance industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, earning trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics to remain competitive and enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Valid state-issued health insurance license.
- Proven experience as a health Insurance Agent or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology for client management and communication.

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
