The Customer Service Representative job duties include:
- Handling inbound customer requests, which may include policy changes, requests for additional coverage/policies, billing inquiries, and cancellations.
- Re-marketing and rewriting policies that are up for renewal.
- Following up on outstanding claims and assist in their resolution, as appropriate
Job Requirements:
- Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred, but not required.
- Friendly personality and a genuine concern for others.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to identify, understand, and interpret customer needs and offer solutions.
- Comfortable working with technology and computers.
- Great attitude and willingness to support the team.
