Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with office management tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an insurance office is required.
- Proficient in computer skills, including the use of Microsoft, email, Google, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent typing skills to accurately document files and send emails
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
