Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.Inbound Communications: Manage incoming inquiries from clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.Policy Recommendations: Offer tailored insurance plans that align with the individual requirements of each client.Cross-selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by offering additional insurance products.Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.Continuous Development: Stay informed about industry updates and trends to provide informed guidance.
Requirements
Licensing: Possessing an active Florida Insurance License is required
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is required
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
