An Instructor Trainer 3 to plan, coordinate, and oversee personnel training and staff development programs for department technical resources. Additionally, determines & analyzes training needs for employees, supervisors, and managers.

Organizing and developing alignment with internal technology general controls to establish evaluation procedures for training needs

Evaluating and coordinates training courses offered by technology online learning vendors and contractual training obligations/value adds

Maintains a record of training programs and attended by department employees.

Experience with web-based learning management systems and e-Learning authoring tools to create content. i.e. Adobe Captivate

Professional personnel experience involving training in a formal classroom and or the development of curriculum and lesson plans for information technology learners. i.e., new employee orientation

Proficient in MSOffice 365 suite of products.
