- Design and develop engaging and interactive training curriculum, courses, and materials for both in-person and online delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources, to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
- Develop videos including writing video scripts, producing, and editing content utilizing content creation tools.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training content, and continuously improve content based on feedback and performance data.
- Manage the execution of learning initiatives within committed timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Use instructional design principles such as ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, and the Kirkpatrick model to design, develop, and revise interactive learning content including hands-on scenarios, graphics, and assessments.
- Any other function or responsibility as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field preferred.
- At least three years’ experience developing online and/or instructor-led curriculum.
- An aptitude for making complex and technical information simple and easy to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop training materials.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles such as ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, and the Kirkpatrick model.
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience with microlearning tools and/or microlearning content development preferred.
- Strong videography experience and proficiency with content creation tools such as Camtasia, Rise, Vyond and Storyline.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
