Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: We seek evidence of commitment and ability: a) to effectively advocate for INE and the university, including attracting funding from external sources; b) to foster a productive research environment for faculty, staff and students; c) to recruit and retain quality faculty and staff; d) to promote inclusion of underrepresented groups in INE research; e) to work effectively in a unionized setting; f) to stay current with advancing developments in engineering and applied science research; and g) to communicate clearly and effectively in written and oral formats. Preferred Experience & Education:An earned doctorate or 10+ years of industry/agency research experience in an engineering or science field relevant to the disciplines represented at INE/CEM.
Salary Information:This is a full-time, 12-month, non-represented faculty administrator position complete with both a competitive salary and full employee benefits package. Salary is commensurate, based on education and experience.
