Purpose: To operate the palletizers and related equipment in order to palletize and properly ticket finished case goods.
DUTIES (List most difficult to perform first, etc.)

  1. Startup, shutdown and changeover palletizers as needed according to packaging schedules.
  1. Accurately enter information into the SAP computer system to print tickets for each pallet of finished case goods and maintain the Auto Labeling device.
  1. Operate palletizers and unjam when there is equipment failure (including AGV's) and notify caser operators if shutdown is required.
  1. Inform maintenance, warehouse, and packaging supervisors of any problems with equipment operation or finished case good quality.
  1. Keep area clean and perform duties in safe manner.
  1. Other duties as specified by supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous lift truck certification and experience highly desired.
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.
Willing and able to stand on a frequent basis.
Willing and able to work overtime.
Willing and able to work various shifts.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
**This is a 2nd shift position: 4 pm-12 am
Pay $25.57/hr
$1000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment
