3rd Eye is disrupting the traditional Fleet Safety Video Monitoring and Telematics industries with leading high-quality media and reliable digital delivery. Fleet managers can watch live streams or review safety events instantly, from any device, to monitor their vehicle fleet. Our technology is the cornerstone of our industry, and our customers use it to improve their fleet safety, operational, and maintenance performance.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Installation Project Coordinator will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team at 3rd Eye to maximize capacity, efficiency, and profitability.  You will manage staff and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations.  By working closely with installation technicians, installation coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, and the sales manager, you will complete jobs on time and within budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Proficient JDE knowledge and access to complete the following tasks in the installation cycle:
    • Open and Create Orders.
    • Maintain and adjust pending orders to support Sales/Product Management.
    • Approve and Create Sales Order for Major Installation Projects, serving as an Installations gatekeeper.
    • Reconcile and Invoice Installation Orders from Major Projects as well as existing customer installations.
  • Work Directly with Billing Coordinator for on-time billing completion.
  • Work Directly with Billing Coordinator for to communicate and organize accurate SAAS Billing Features.
  • Manage and Assess the Field Returns Process, utilizing the data for Project Reconciliation.
  • Monitor and Maintain the Project Flow Tool for all major projects across the Project Management Team.
  • Work under the Program Manager to adopt and improve the current Project Management Process and procedures.
  • Skilled in the 3rd Eye Website features as well as the GoCanvas application data in order to manage project status.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Provide back-office support for Project Managers while they are remote at project/customer site. 
  • Travel is required for this role and will be up to 25%.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline, business administration, or related is preferred or relevant experience.
  • Requires ability to understand general arithmetic.
  • Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal and external relations.
  • Understand difficult written and verbal instructions.  Requires the ability to read written instructions, correspondence, and other documentation, as well as operate office equipment such as computers and printers.
  • Highly Proficient with data processing applications, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficient JDE knowledge.
  • Previous experience with Sales Force
  • Technical knowledge of parts and products.
  • Requires normal attention with periods of high concentration intermittently to input product and parts orders into computer and insure computer information backup.
