Inside Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer follow-thru (includes quotes, purchases, documentation, tracking, and problem resolution).
- Coordinate logistics with shipping forwarder, and customer.
- Drive shipments of spare parts orders for meeting monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor margins to ensure targeted margins are met and update pricing accordingly.
- Review of all certifications, packing list, and commercial invoice for export declarations/clearance.
- Prepare spare parts forecast for Purchasing department.
- Review open items report for overdue material and follow-up with procurement/inventory/shipping on expected ETA.
Inside Sales Specialist Requirements:
- 5 - 10 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment providing commercial support to customers and company business development.
- Experience preparing quotes.
- Need Harmonized Tariff Schedule knowledge.
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
