- Conduct warm calling
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize software and tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipeline

- Strong technical sales skills, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in Inside Sales or telemarketing
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate withclients

ES3 Minerals LLC is seeking a highly motivated Mineral Acquisitions (Oil and Gas) sales professional. This position is in office. The candidate needs to be comfortable in high-pressure situations, a quick learner, a team player, and resilient. The candidate needs to be nimble and tactful in negotiations, and comfortable cold calling as well as calling on pre-vetted in-house leads (80 outbound calls per day). Oil and gas (Land) experience is not required, however, 5+ years of sales experience is required. We are offering competitive compensation consisting of base salary + commission ($150k OTE + Uncapped Commissions), 401K, Health Insurance, PTO, team-building challenges, and a small, tightknit company environment. If you are a proven Closer with a solid track record you will blow the OTE away.
