Job Description
Location: Corporate Headquarters - Santa Ana, CA (Hybrid: In-office + Remote)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customer base while growing a healthy pipeline of up-sell opportunities.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs to ensure we are providing accurate proposals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop upsell strategies and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in SalesForce.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and upselling best practices.
- As the role evolves, there may be opportunities to lead and grow a team of upsell specialists.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, especially with Solar and Batteries post NEM 3.0.
- Extensive knowledge of the solar industry, including system components and add-ons.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience with SalesForce and proposal tools like Aurora, Solo, Quativa is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
