SCOPE/GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Inside Sales Representative is a dynamic role that involves both administrative responsibilities and direct involvement in sales activities. This position plays a pivotal role in streamlining sales processes, ensuring efficient operations, and actively contributing to revenue generation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately process customer orders (high volume), verifying details and coordinating with relevant departments for order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized sales records, including orders, invoices, and customer communications
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
- Input and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Actively seek out and qualify potential leads and prospects ensuring sales targets are met
- Initiate contact with leads through various channels, such as phone calls, emails or chat
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Support the sales team with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Two (2) plus years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Administrator or other administrative role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical call center experience a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient with CRM software, ERP, G Suite and MS Office (Excel specifically)
- Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Able to prioritize and succeed under tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to prioritize and work under strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Computer hardware knowledge preferred

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
