Responsibilities

We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative for our Rehash team.

Pay: Hourly PLUS Commissions & Spiffs.

The individual hired will work within our office with the goal of closing sales calls over the phone. This will be a high-volume phone position. If you have the right personality for this job where you are not afraid of rejection and hearing "No" and you move on to the next customer call without hesitation to try and get the "Yes", we want to meet you!

Through aggressive advertising and a partnership with the nation's largest home improvement retailer, we are able to provide a steady flow of qualified leads and best-in-class financing options. This creates more opportunities for you to close deals and maximize your earning potential. We have the sales leads, we need you to close them!

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years Inside or Outside Sales experience
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Proven experience with a high closing percentage.
• Ability to handle high volume out bound calling.
• Ability to overcome objections and rejections.
• Driven, highly efficient and responsible work ethic.
