- Responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the national, regional and local sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership to understand position requirements and establish effective sourcing initiatives.
- DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- The Physician and Corporate Development team at Samaritan Health Services is responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified providers at Samaritan Health Services hospitals and clinics. This process includes recruiting, screening, scheduling, interviewing and onboarding providers. We also assist in the management of Samaritan Joint Ventures and development projects throughout the system.
- EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Communications, Sales, Marketing, or Human Resources) or equivalent experience required.
- Two (2) years experience in recruitment and/or candidate sourcing required. Certification in Human Resources and/or recruiting preferred.
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases required.
- Previous experience working independently, developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and managing multiple tasks that meet or exceed deadlines with minimal direction preferred.
- Professional recruitment industry-specific certification preferred.

- Customer service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
