B2BInside Sales Representatives at American Management Services work alongside our team of Regional Directors to set appointments with qualified business owners. You must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, volume and metric driven environment.
- Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business.

What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years of cold calling experience
- 150+ cold calls a day to our qualified leads database.
- Tactically and professionally get past the gatekeepers.
- Identify pain points (areas of opportunity) while speaking with the business owners.
- Use those pain points to schedule an appointment with the business owner and one of our regional directors.
- Record and manage client interactions on Salesforce.
- 2+ years of outbound (commissioned) call center experience (Timeshare and Collections agents do extremely well in this role)
Schedule:
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:30AM - 5:00PM), Friday (8:30 - 4:00PM) | No Night Shifts.
