THE JOB: The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of Inside Sales specialists engaged in both inbound and outbound selling to new and existing customers. The Inside Sales Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the team's success through strategic telemarketing sales, accurate sales forecasting, continuous improvement initiatives, and other essential sales support functions.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops in-depth knowledge of Realityworks products via successful completion of required sales training program and utilizes knowledge to successfully lead sales functions
- Manages team of Inside Sales specialists who meet sales targets through telemarketing, email, and web-based sales strategies
- Leads the collaborative effort in developing and refining effective calling scripts and optimal engagement messages for customers
- Analyzes performance metrics data and leverages it to effectively coach and develop team
- Works closely with sales operations, marketing, and field sales departments to maintain an understanding of the evolving market
- Recognizes and assists in implementation of process improvements within the sales organization and CRM system
- Fosters collaboration within the team by actively participating in customer calls, showcasing and reinforcing best practices
- Gathers and analyzes customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction
- Monitors, measures, and manages direct reports for efficiency, accuracy and adherence to business practices and policies
- Provides leadership, feedback, coaching and training to improve team performance
- Assists with developing sales incentive programs and compensation planning to increase sales productivity
- Provides regular and ad hoc sales reporting and analysis as necessary
- Works closely with marketing to create, implement, and track successful marketing campaigns that maximize Realityworks’ visibility within secondary and post-secondary environments
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in an Inside Sales environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing Inside Sales work with demonstrated new sales track record and quota attainment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Occasional travel to tradeshows and customer site visits may be required to meet the needs of the business.
WORK LOCATION: Realityworks, Inc. is located in Eau Claire, WI. This is a hybrid position, primarily working from a home office with the ability to come onsite to the corporate office, as required.
