Inside Sales Manager/ 3PL

Purpose of Job
To be responsible for managing the offline and online sales team, and generating new business opportunities, drive profitable growth plans, market strategy. Train the team on helping our customers self-serve on our website. Hold team members accountable to sales goals.
Job Description

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
• Conduct sales need analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions
• Understands the communication needs of small, medium and large-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs
• Responsible for achieving a monthly Sales Quota
• Designs develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
• Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by email, telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events
• Qualifies new leads and requests site surveys to determine the serviceability of prospects, including submission of ROI analysis to sales management
• Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information in respective CRM tool
• Works in conjunction with other business support groups, including sales operational support and marketing personnel
• Attends all sales meetings training sessions as required by management

Job Requirements

• Some College/Associate's Degree
• 3-5 years of Sales in the e-commerce industry selling IT products and solutions to businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions to include 1+ years of team sales management.

Physical Functions:
Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant working on a computer.

Standard office and computer equipment, including MSOffice software. Must have the ability to learn and not be intimidated by new software/systems.
The base salary range for this position in City of Industry, CA is $70,000 - $100,000 annually
Work Environment
Office cubicle environment with minimal exposure to the environment or health hazards
