Job Description
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Conduct sales need analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions
- Understands the communication needs of small, medium and large-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs
- Responsible for achieving a monthly Sales Quota
- Designs develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
- Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by email, telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events
- Qualifies new leads and requests site surveys to determine the serviceability of prospects, including submission of ROI analysis to sales management
- Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information in respective CRM tool
- Works in conjunction with other business support groups, including sales operational support and marketing personnel
- Attends all sales meetings training sessions as required by management

Job Requirements
- Some College/Associate's Degree
- 3-5 years of Sales in the e-commerce industry selling IT products and solutions to businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions to include 1+ years of team sales management.

The base salary range for this position in City of Industry, CA is $70,000 - $100,000 annually
