Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Sales Assistant for Temp to Perm position in Phoenix, AZ.
PAY: $20 - $25 per hour (Based on Experience)
HOURS: Shifts will be 8am - 5:00 pm
SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: Temp to Hire
JOB DUTIES FOR A SALES ASSISTANT:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining sales-related documents and records.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, manage leads and opportunities, and generate sales reports.
- Coordinate sales activities such as meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations. Schedule sales calls and follow-up activities to ensure timely engagement with customers and prospects.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that orders are entered into the system correctly and in a timely manner. Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, inventory, and finance to fulfill orders and resolve any issues.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness to support effective sales operations.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A SALES ASSISTANT:
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Must be comfortable on the phone
- Must be able to be organized and have great communication skills
- Knowledgeable with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
