Inside Sales Agent - Medicare Sales (Acquisitions)
About Us: We are on the lookout for motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Agents to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Agent specializing in acquisitions, you will be a key player in receiving inbound phone calls, understanding the unique needs of Medicare beneficiaries, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle inbound phone calls from Medicare beneficiaries.
- Analyze beneficiaries' needs and offer guidance and tailored solutions in our acquisitions-focused role.
- Conduct effective Medicare sales through inbound calls with a focus on acquisitions.
- Manage and track customer interactions and sales using our advanced systems.
- Stay updated on the latest Medicare products, services, and ancillary offerings.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to document and organize member information.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to address customer needs.
- Assist in completing enrollment applications over the phone.
- Ensure inbound client reach by being logged in to answer calls for 8 hours a day.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous Medicare or insurance experience is NOT required.
- Successful completion of state and federal background checks.
- Ability to obtain a Home State health insurance license within 30 days of accepting the position.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work full-time.

Additional Details:
- This position is for a 1099 independent contractor.
- Most new agents can expect to earn $1,000 to $3,000 per week within 6 months of training.
- Residual income possibilities after a one-year vesting period.
