Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead efforts to engage with new clients and convert inbound leads into valued customers. Targeting decision-makers in HR, Marketing, and Customer Experience, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and services. - Make Inbound and Outbound calls on provided leads to generate new business and achieve revenue targets
- Effectively manage a sales pipeline, ensuring clear communication with prospective customers
- Utilize sales and objection-handling techniques to present solutions for small to mid-size businesses
- Exceed sales and revenue goals outlined in the compensation plan
- Utilize sales software to track pipeline progress and forecast sales/revenue
- Minimum of 1+ years’ closing experience with B2B inbound and outbound sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone
- High energy individuals that have a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Previous experience collaborating within a team to achieve shared objectives
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight timelines while staying well organized
- Strong phone presence, attentive listening skills and effective presentation skills
- Previous experience using sales tech stack including Salesloft/Outreach, Gong, Drift, LinkedIn Navigator, Salesforce or MS Dynamics to forecast sales, revenue, analyze sales data and customer buying trends a plus
