Summary/Objective
Targets, develops and manages current business relationships and seeks new accounts through sales, marketing, and referrals. Works to establish a rapport and build confidence in our products. Builds new and existing accounts by providing dedicated and concentrated sales support and service, generate internal sales initiatives, and supply customers with consultative solutions.

1. Work with outside sales reps to continue to grow current customer base
2. Provide pricing services to customers in the form of large quantity quotes and corporate program information
3. Offer product ideas to customers regarding specific projects
4. Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers regarding pre-sales based questions
5. Follow up with customers from various sales leads
6. Maintain continuous contact with customer base via phone and email
7. Introduce new products to targeted segments.
8. Identify potential reseller needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests.
9. Attend and support trade shows
10. Travel with outside sales reps to support customer development
11. Support all sections of the department

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job is a remote working role. It will require the individual in this role to be able to establish a workspace with a secure internet connection. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel:
Some travel (15%) is expected for this position to attend trade shows and sales conferences.
Required Education and Experience:
1. Minimum of a high school diploma
2. 2-3 years of experience in an office setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
