PolyFlexProducts, part of Nefab USA is a fully integrated manufacturing company that specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing of molded products for industrial applications. We serve industries such as automotive, vertical farming/horticulture, battery/electric vehicles, and automation/robotic systems. We have 5 North American facilities offering injection molding, thermoforming, tooling, RIM urethane, and cast urethane processes.
PolyFlex is looking to fill one Injection Shift Supervisor to supervise, train, and coordinate activities of employees in the Injection Molding Department on our day shift. To start up, processing of Injection molding machines, along with insuring quality and production standards are achieved and maintained. Oversee, train, and motivate hourly employees. Responsible for staffing all shifts. Maintain and ensure safety procedures are followed as well as enforce company policies and procedures.

Pay Rate to start at $70K per year.
