Job Description
Onsite - Monroe, NC
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Responsibility:
- Preventive Maintenance and cleaning on Injection Molding Molds
- Maintain documentation of work performed
- Keep Work Area Clean
- Support production floor as needed running machines and packaging product as trained/instructed.
- Operate Machines according to SOPs and Training
- Perform and Document Quality Tests according to Testing Procedures
- Check Product to meet Quality Standards
- Other Duties as assigned
Authority:
- Operate Production IM-Equipment as trained/instructed.
- Understand all SOPs and TPs that are within the scope of the work performed.
- Coordinate Preventive Maintenance on Molds
- Support Safey Program
Job Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Must have sufficient communication and writing skills.
- Must be able to complete task with little to no supervision
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must have appropriate vision to perform detailed quality inspection as outlines in SOPs and TPs.
