Injection Molding Process Technician - 1St Shift

We are a fast-growing family of 40 teammates looking to add a Process Technician on first shift with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude.

If you have worked in a manufacturing environment before, you will notice immediately upon visiting our Gastonia location that we do things differently. This position requires a high level of technical skill and a “can-do” attitude willing to take on daily challenges. Over 90% of the resin we run is engineering grade & contains fillers such as glass, talc, carbon fiber, etc. The 1st Shift Process Tech will troubleshoot process related defects.

Job Responsibilities:

-Troubleshoot defects by adjusting the Injection Molding Process parameters

- Diagnose issues with auxiliary equipment

Experience

-3 years in Injection Molding as process tech or similar position

- Knowledge of auxiliary equipment & ability to troubleshoot issues

• Weekly

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
