Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting Injection Molding machines, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Injection Molding machines to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement improvements in machine performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new Injection Molding machines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.
• Provide emergency/breakdown repairs for Injection Molding and auxiliary equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Injection Molding Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Injection Molding machinery, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
