Salary```Duties:```
- Operate and monitor Injection Molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts
- Set up molds and perform mold changes as needed
- Inspect parts for defects and make adjustments to the machine as necessary
- Trim excess material from parts using hand tools
- Perform basic maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience operating Injection Molding machines required.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, and basic math skills
- Knowledge of materials handling and plastics Injection Molding processes
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is desirable
This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating Injection Molding machines, performing mold changes, inspecting parts, and ensuring the overall quality of the production process. Pay: $19.50 - $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
