Play a critical role in die casting when you become an Injection Mold Operator for a leading manufacturer of wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and automotive electromechanical assemblies in Lockport, IL.
As an Injection Mold Operator you will be responsible for using die-casting/Injection Molding machines as well as maintaining the safety of the press machines. Apply today to reserve your path to success with The Reserves Network.

Your New Role as an Injection Mold Operator:
- Follow all safety/guarding / Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) requirements as specified in Work Instructions or Job Hazard Assessment (JHA).
- Perform first piece measurements at start of run to ensure terminals meet all dimensional requirements.
- Perform visual inspection of parts throughout run for surface and dimensional defects to meet part specification requirements.
- Perform die and insert changeovers as needed and adjust machine to ensure good flow of material to meet product requirements.
- Extract finished parts from dies and trim excess material from parts
- Set up machines
What You Need as an Injection Mold Operator:
- Previous die casting/Injection Molding press machine operating experience
- Previous metal melting furnace experience
