We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Operations Engineer to join our growing team. The Infrastructure Operations Engineer will help support a team that administers, deploys, and designs various infrastructure technologies and SaaS services. You will be responsible for various tasks, including remediating Windows server vulnerabilities, administering Identity and Access Management (IAM), and supporting various SaaS tools.

Responsibilities
The candidate can expect to:
- Participate in the ongoing identification, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities in our server environment
- Manage and maintain user identity and access controls within our IAM system (Active Directory & Okta)
- Configure and administrator SaaS applications such as
- Intune
- Mobile Iron (MDM)
- Atlassian Cloud
- Microsoft 365
- Exchange Online
- Sharepoint Online
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within IT Infrastructure and SaaS applications
- Participate in developing and implementing IT Operations procedures and best practices
- Document technical processes and procedures
- Collaborate with our IT Support team to act and serve as a level 2 support liaison
- Powershell scripting knowledge to help with administrative tasks through automation
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with SaaS tool support and administration and active directory user administration
- Identity and Access Management Administration
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and best practices
- Proven ability to support and optimize corporate SaaS solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Powershell experience is highly preferred
