Description

Develop, create, execute, monitor, optimize, and integrate test plans and test cases for quality control and to improve (on test bench, VCU mate, and in vehicle) conventional ICE passenger vehicle and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) User Interface (UI) in Virtual Cockpit Unit (VCU), Body Control Module (BCM), Central Gateway Module (CGM), Telematics Communication Platform (TCP), Amplifier (AMP), Instrument Panel Display (IPD), Vehicle Cockpit Display (VCD), Rear Visual Camera (RVC), Video Processing Module (VPM), ADAS Compute Platform (ACP), Steering Wheel Controls (SWC), Multi-Functional Controller (MFC), Consumer Port Module (CPM), Command Center (CC), Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Heads Up Display (HUD). Identify, track and notify developers of issues such as malfunctions, crashes, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) defects for 2024 model year (MY) and beyond infotainment and telematics systems features including media playback, Bluetooth connectivity, OnStar connectivity, navigation, active safety features (cameras), audio quality, Google Assistant Services (GAS)/voice recognition, Phone Projection (Android Auto and Apple CarPlay), power moding, and trailering.                                                                                                                                   

Additional Description

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and one (1) year of experience as an Engineer, or related role.  Must also have experience with: identifying and tracking issues such as crashes and Human Machine Interface (HMI) defects for features including media playback, Bluetooth connectivity, cameras, Google Assistant Services (GAS)/voice recognition, and power moding.
