Preschool Teacher
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities for preschool children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive curriculum
- Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom
Skills:
- Classroom management: Ability to create a structured and engaging learning environment
- Education: Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Childcare: Ability to provide basic care and meet the needs of young children
- Behavior management: Skill in managing challenging behaviors in a positive manner
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Physical education: Ability to incorporate physical activities into daily routines
Requirements:
- ECE units
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations for preschool programs

Pay: $20.50 - $24.69 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
