Responsibilities:
● Execute sales plan to expand company's sales and meet business objectives in North and Latin Americas.
● Aggressively identify and acquire new customers, develop new channels and new applications for existing and future product portfolio to maximize sales opportunities.
● Promote GP, create new pipelines, capture sales opportunities, and provide services to end customers to maximize sales growth.
● Maintain business and relationship with existing customer base and explore new opportunities for continual sales growth.
● Coordinate business agreements negotiation with different stakeholders inside the company and with customer organization to protect company’s best interest.
● Communicate & collaborate closely with different departments to secure new pipelines, support business development, provide business solutions, and build strategic relationship with customers.
● Participate in selected industry tradeshows and conferences to promote GP products.
Requirements:
● Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, with Business related post-graduate certifications
● At least 5 years of work experience in B2B sales or business development roles of industrial market segment, while exposure in battery manufacturing or distribution will be advantageous
● Regional exposure in sizable organization is prefferable
● Strong business acumen with good negotiation and communication skills
● Self-motivated, organized, good discipline to work independently
● Proactive, passionate to meet customers and explore business opportunities
● Work closely with cross-functional teams from different work locations
