PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
- Manages a digital brand platform strategy and roadmap with an understanding of new and existing capabilities, industry best practices and standards for audience journeys and experiences for an external-facing website, social channels, applications, email platforms, SMS marketing and content creation.
- Manages the development, launch and ongoing maintenance of corporate websites, including design and functionality, translation instances, establishing sitemaps, navigation, and SEO success, and interpreting web analytics.
- Develops and manages social media calendar in alignment with the organization's editorial calendar.
- Develops process, governance and playbooks, aligning with an SEO strategy and measurement framework reflecting best practices and industry standards.
- Develops integrated campaigns and product launch content for digital marketplace platforms, including website, social media, email, SMS and other applications.
- Manages Goodwill's digital business analytics and associated business pages.
- Engages internal relationships across the enterprise to connect the dots and deliver on organization-wide strategic goals through brand storytelling, message frameworks and channels.
- Aligns work with established key performance indicators and establishes clear project milestones, timelines and roadmaps.
- Drives an integrated and actionable multi-channel content plan.
- Guides quantitative, qualitative and competitive content audits, gap analyses and regular results reporting.
- Stays up to date on the latest technology, trends and industry innovations.
