Plant Health Care Applicators-

This position would apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides.

Must have enthusiasm and willingness to learn and/or expand your plant knowledge. Be a self-starter who enjoys working outdoors and in a team environment

Requirements:

· Hold a pesticide applicator’s license or willing to obtain one.

· A degree in horticulture is a plus

· Driver’s license Required

· Perform accurate record-keeping.

· Maintain a safe and controlled work environment and adhere to state, and local regulations.

· Operate and maintain equipment.

· Maintain open communication with Arborists and clients to provide feedback on Plant Health Care issues in a professional manner

· Ability to meet physical job requirements including but not limited to: independently lifting or carrying 50 lbs., walking, standing, and bend for moderate periods of time

This position is all year round, must be able to work on a tree crew as a grounds man from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
